Winter Market

The annual Sparrow Winter Market will be Saturday, December 14th on campus! Join us for a day of fun for all ages. We will have food and music as well as some amazing market vendors. We also have the return of our Fairy Market booth, a kids-only shopping experience, where students can purchase small gift items with tokens for their loved ones. We are currently looking for donations for our Fairy Market. Lets make our first Winter Market at our new campus a day to remember for our students and community!

If you would like to be a vendor at the Winter Market, please register, HERE. After your application has been approved, we will send over a payment link. Vendor booth fee is $50.

*Feel free to share our vendor application with anyone interested in being part of our event. 

Token pre-sale will be announced soon.
This year tokens will only be used as payment for the Fairy Market booth.
Market vendors will be accepting regular forms of payment, like cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Tokens will not be accepted by market vendors.

Coffee and Community
The next Coffee and Community will be Thursday, November 7th at 8:30am. NEST will have coffee and treats for parents and caregivers. School merch will also be on hand for sale. Stop by and ask about our upcoming events and ways to help! We will also have a Sparrow board member (or two) in attendance!

Sparrow Salmon Fundraiser

Hi Sparrow Families!

We’re thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to support Sparrow Academy while enjoying delicious, fresh wild-caught red salmon from Kodiak, Alaska! 🎣

Our Homeschool/Handwork teacher, Helga Conklin's sister-in-law, has a limited supply of this premium salmon, available for just $20 per pound. Best of all, 30% of the proceeds go back to Sparrow Academy to help with CUP expenses!

🗓️ Pickup Details:
The salmon will be shipped directly to Sparrow Academy, and pickup will occur the day it arrives in San Diego at a specified time. All who order will be notified immediately.

Spring Festival

Join us for the 2024 Sparrow Academy Spring Festival and maypole ceremony! This is an annual event for all ages and includes a maypole school ceremony followed by the Spring Festival and Artisan and Vendor Market. Food will be available to purchase from Taco Love as well as coffee from Latte Love SD. There will also be live entertainment, an artisan and maker market, nature crafts and games, petting zoo and more!

Students will step into the enchanting world of literature at Sparrow Academy's "Enchanting Pages: A Literary Celebration," a captivating afternoon featuring literary workshops led by a San Diego Writer’s Ink teaching artist and a book swap. This event is a celebration of community, creativity, and the magic found within the pages of a book.

The annual Winter Market will be Sunday, December 17th! Join us for a day of fun for all ages. Our 8th graders will have a hot chocolate bar, coffee and cookies for sale to fundraise for their 8th grade trip. 7th grade will be selling tamales to also fundraise for their 8th grade trip. We also have the return of our wonderful Fairy Market, a kids-only shopping experience, where students can purchase small gift items with tokens for their loved ones.
